Return Policy:

At Fashion-Rap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or tags.
  3. Enclose the return authorization provided by our team.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Exchanges/Return will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
  • Returns must be received at our end in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased during promotional periods or clearance sales are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part like damaged/ defective/ missing items/ wrong products delivered.
  • Email us the shipping receipt and we would reimburse the shipping charges to you.
  • We recommend using a trackable and safe shipping method like India Post courier service for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Please email us within 24 hours of the order delivery with the pictures of the packaging box and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
  • In case of missing products in the box, we will verify the same through the CCTV installed at our packing stations.
  • Once sufficient details have been received by the team, we will review it to proceed for the next step of replacement/ refund.
  • Please dispatch the products within 72 hours after the return request is raised and return authorized by our team.
  • Please do not accept the delivery if the packaging box is tampered.
  • The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same payment account used during the transaction via the payment gateway, in case of order cancellations or failed transactions with debited amounts. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
  • Fashion-Rap reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
  • Personalized products are customized items tailor made to fulfill a customer’s requirement. These products are one of a kind & cannot be added back to the shelf. Hence, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not possible for this special category.



Fashion-Rap makes every effort to ensure all products are in stock but in the unlikely event that we do not have product of your choice, the “Out of Stock” label will be shown on the image of the product and the user will have the option to receive notification when the product is back/refilled in stock. In case the product chosen by user becomes out of stock, we will contact you and offer either refund or a later delivery if possible.

You are authorized to download a single copy of purchased content contained on the website for your personal, non-commercial uses, provided that you maintain the copyright and other notices contained in that content. This excludes products available with premium licenses.


The official confirmation order email sent by us will include the tentative delivery time for your purchase. When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will provide the exact delivery date or a tentative time frame. For delivery time, we always endeavor to make the delivery within time mentioned at the time of order, for any delays we inform via email but in any case, do not accept cancellation of order once dispatched from warehouse.


In case of non-delivery, owing to the fault of a user such as provision of a wrong delivery address, additional charges if any would be borne by the customer for re delivery. Please note that Change in address is possible, only if product has not left the warehouse. Change in address is not possible once invoice is raised.

Please note we only deliver the products ordered to the stipulated delivery address of a user shown in its registration data and we do not offer any service to assemble, install the product.


The products which are not in stocks such as a new product or out of stocks, then we are open to take pre- order bookings, such bookings will be entertained as an enquiry and no advance payment will be made through our website.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will check with the warehouse and artisans the estimated delivery time and inform you on email for approval. Once you approve the delivery time we will raise invoice and request 50% amount to confirm the order, the products/ order will be dispatched only once 100% payment against product/order is received by Fashion-Rap.

Once order is confirmed it can’t be cancelled, as this product is made for you and booked for you, in case of cancellation no money will be refunded or adjusted.


We believe in giving our customers high quality products and extraordinary customer services. Before shipping the products to the customers, the shipments are carefully and cautiously inspected before these leave our warehouse. .

Although our shipment policy takes due care while dispatching the products, but in the unlikely event if you receive your product in damaged condition, you should send us the details of the damaged product with the photos & Unboxing video with shipping label of the product. In such case you may write to us on our email within 24 hours after receiving your order attaching the photos & unboxing video with shipping label of the damaged or wrong product. We will endeavor to supply another piece of the same product within 15 days from receipt of damaged or wrong product at our warehouse/office. You may use our recommended courier agency to courier back the damaged product. Such exchange is only available incase user receives damaged/broken product or when a product is shown defective in functionality or a completely wrong product has been delivered to a user.

Our recommended courier / delivery company may be used to send back the product to our office at a cost that will be reimbursed to you. If you choose exchange of product and the product is available with us in stock, we will ship the product to you within 15 days of receipt of the damaged/defective product to you. In case you claim refund, we will refund the amount paid for the said product within 15 working days from receipt of damaged or wrong Products. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Please remember that our products are handcrafted by artisans, and every piece of art may have a slight variation. Thus, an irregular print or a slight variation shall not be considered as a defect.

In case of Layby order, once order is booked by paying advance as per lay by terms, no money shall be refunded in case of cancellation of order.


Layby order is the scheme which can be applied on selected products to promote the sales and assist customer where customer can pay 40% of the product cost and just book the product and rest balance 60% of the products cost and taxes can be paid in maximum 2 installments (consecutive months) and once Fashion-Rap received 100% order value i.e. product cost, taxes and if any extra transport charges, then only the product/order will be dispatched. In this case installment date will be same as the date of booking and next agreed installments shall be deemed due on the same dates of two consecutive months.

If there is non-payment or delay of installment in lay by order, the order shall be deemed as cancelled and no money will be refunded, this will also allow us immediately to sell the product to anyone else at own price and terms.


Please note that once Invoice is generated and order is confirmed, in any unfortunate event of cancellation or return of products GST shall not be refunded.

Cancellation is possible only if product has not left the warehouse, paid GST will be deducted from the Invoice value and balance money can be returned by cheque or NEFT, such payment return may take 10 working days.
